LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Marty Knollenberg, R-Troy, welcomed students and advocates to the Deaf Education Rally on the Capitol lawn Tuesday afternoon.

Knollenberg, who is hard of hearing, addressed the crowd and met with dozens of deaf and hard of hearing students from around the state.
